Hi, I’m Michelle — a senior product manager with over 6 years of experience building impactful tech products across AI, SaaS, and automation. I specialize in turning user needs and business goals into scalable, real-world solutions.
Currently, I lead product at a deep-tech startup backed by NVIDIA, where I drive the roadmap and development of industrial AI tools for automation and simulation.
Previously, I launched AI-driven features for a career-tech platform used by 7M+ users globally, including a resume health check, cover letter generator, and content safety tools.
I’ve also worked on eCommerce and logistics initiatives for a leading Asian marketplace with more than 10M+ users in Taiwan, streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience.
At a global mobility platform, I supported advertising strategy and growth efforts across Europe.
With experience across APAC and Europe, I bring a global lens to user behavior, product design, and execution. Whether B2C or B2B, I focus on clarity, speed, and building products that create real market impact.
Beyond product management…
Outside of my PM role, I help brands expand and grow their customer base through eCommerce. I work with Shopify-based businesses to:
- Design and launch branded storefronts
- Create conversion-focused content and product storytelling
- Drive growth through influencer outreach and strategic partnerships (e.g., @remoworks_official)
Whether in SaaS or eCommerce, I enjoy helping teams deliver meaningful value and scale with intention.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about exploring the world — I’ve traveled to nearly 30 countries and find energy in discovering new cultures, food, architecture, and the stories behind each place. Traveling expands not only my worldview but also my empathy as a product builder.
I also enjoy practicing yoga to stay centered, reading across genres, and diving deep into topics like psychology and mental health. I’m fascinated by how the mind works and how it influences human behavior — both in life and in product design. These passions keep me grounded, continuously learning, and inspired to create with intention.
